The icon was departmental distinction of the Ministry of construction of enterprises of heavy industry of the USSR (was founded on March 15, 1946, from the same NC; March 15, 1953 merged with the Ministry of construction of enterprises of machine building of the USSR in one - the Ministry of construction of the USSR and liquidated).
