The text on the cover contains the greeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Marshal of the Soviet Union, Comrade Stalin, to the troops who completed the liquidation of the German summer offensive, and thanks to the participants in the battles on the Oryol-Kursk and Belgorod-Kursk directions.
