Extremely rare grey 6-button overcoat in excellent collector's condition. Equipped with the original insignia of the battalion commissar of the NKVD border troops of the 1937 model. It was introduced by order of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 275 of July 15, 1937. The overcoat is double-breasted, with cut-off long sleeves on the chest. The clasp of the overcoat with six buttonholes. Floors with side tucks and two transverse, welt pockets covered with flaps. The collar is turn-down, with buttonholes sewn at the ends. The collar is fastened with a hook on the loop. The back in the middle has a counter fold along the entire length. Along the waistline on the back there are sewn columns with buttons, on which the strap is fastened. There is a slit in the middle of the back below the waist (slot), fastened with four buttonholes. The sleeves are double-seam, ending with straight cuffs. Size 48. It should be noted a very interesting buttonhole design: the inner part has a cotton pocket that allows you to insert the corner of the collar of the overcoat and carefully sew the buttonhole. Cancelled by order of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 126 of February 18, 1943. Guarantee of authenticity. A museum-level rarity!
