The badge was established in 1927 by the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR in honor of the first major anniversary of Soviet power — the decade of the Great October Socialist Revolution. 84 silver, enamel, stamping.In the center of the sign is a large Roman numeral "X" and the word "YEARS". There is a hammer and sickle in the background. On the left, a red flag with the canonical slogan "Proletarians of all countries, unite!" is flying. The composition is framed by a wreath consisting of oak leaves (left) and laurel leaves (right), symbolizing perseverance and glory.
