 A monthly (later published twice a month) military scientific journal.  He was published in St. Petersburg from 1910 to 1917. The editor—in-chief is Professor, Major General A. K. Bayov, and the assistant editor is S. D. Maslovsky. Original scientific works by professors and tactical essays by academy students, detailed analyses of military historical campaigns, as well as a large-scale bibliographic index of military literature in Russian and foreign languages ("Chronicle of the Military Press"). This magazine is of high historical and antique value as a monument to Russian military thought on the eve of the First World War.
