Back-order, and return of cash

If you did not like the quality of the goods, or some defects have been revealed that were not specified in the description or were not visible in the photo, all you need is to write a letter about the problem and explain your claim in brief. We will respond promptly to your letter, and offer several possible solutions of your problem:

 

  • Articles remain in your collection, and you get the best possible discount for your next order.
  • Article can be exchanged for new one with or without an additional charge. In this case you need to send the object to the mail address of the store. As soon as we have it, another new article will be sent back to you.
  • Article is sent to the store after the receipt of money repaid by the customer.


NOTE:

  • postage for the returnofarticles to the customer shall paid by the shop.
  • refund is made to the bank account of the customer when providing full details of the bank.
  • deadline for submission of claims is 14 calendar days.
  • refund period is 10 working days after the return of the parcel to the sender.
