Brass, enamel, guilloche, gilding. The original star is in excellent collectible condition. The moustache is carefully soldered by us. Guarantee of authenticity. Rare. It was introduced by order of the NKVD of the USSR No. 524 of 08/16/1939. In 1946, it changed the design – the number of ribbons on the coat of arms was increased.
