Three prizes of 1,000 rubles each are awarded every two years to September 11, the birthday of Felix Dzerzhinsky joint resolution of the Secretariat of the Komsomol Central Committee and cosponsoring organizations. Sign "laureate of the prize of the Komsomol them. F. E. Dzerzhinsky" was established by decree of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the young Communist League-49/5A-115, dated July 6, 1979.
