Silver, enamel. Excellent collectors condition. Lozenge MEI — the sign of the end of the Moscow power engineering Institute, refers to the officially approved signs. The sign was manufactured by the Moscow mint and exists in several versions. The sign has a standard form – a diamond the size of 50*25 mm. covered with blue Rhombus hot enamel, the edges of the rim of white enamel. In the center the inscription in capital letters "MEI", above the inscription is attached to the arms of the Soviet Union, which is a separate element. On the reverse of the sign soldered screw for attaching to clothing, over the screw rivet is visible from the crest. The original twist in the kit. Rare.
