Silver, enamel. Excellent collectors condition. Rhombus MEI — a sign of graduating from the Moscow Power engineering Institute, refers to approved signs. The sign was manufactured at the Moscow mint and exists in several versions. The sign has a standard form – a diamond the size of 50*25 mm. covered with a blue Rhombus hot enamel, the edges of the rim of white enamel. In the centre an inscription in capital letters "MEI", above the inscription is attached to the arms of the USSR, which is a separate element. On the reverse of the sign of the soldered screw to attach to clothing, over the screw rivet is visible from the crest. The original twist in the kit. Rare.
