The "Sniper" badge of the 1942 model

The original and rather rare sign is in good condition, with traces of restoration. Tompack, enamel, stamping. The badge is made in the form of a figured shield: in the upper part there is a round white medallion with the inscription "SNIPER" and a golden hammer and sickle on a red background. The sides of the shield are framed by branches of oak leaves. The lower part of the sign depicts two crossed Mosin sniper rifles with optical sights. The fastening of the sign to clothing is screw-type (using a pin and a twist nut). Guarantee of authenticity.
