A uniquely rare tunic of an employee of the Soviet fire department in excellent collector's condition. The tunic is made of coarse woolen material, has a turn-down collar without edging and patch pockets. The strap is closed, with a hook and three buttons. The buttonholes introduced for the Paramilitary Fire Protection of the NKVD and the GUPO apparatus by Order of the NKVD No. 285 dated 06/16/1936 were installed originally in the 1930s. On each of the buttonholes there are traces of the lost two semicircles, meaning the position of assistant to the head of the department. The fire department emblems are brass, silver-plated. The size of the tunic is 48-50. The cut of the shirt was confirmed by orders of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 396 (according to the GUGB) and No. 399 (according to the NKVD troops) dated December 27, 1935. It was canceled by order of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 126 dated February 18, 1943. Guarantee of authenticity.
