The everyday tunic of the captain of the sapper units of the engineering troops, mod. 1943

The original tunic is in excellent collector's condition. The tunic is single-breasted, with a cut-off bodice, fastened with five large buttons on the left side. The collar is rigid, stand-up, fastened with two hooks and loops. The upper edge and ends of the collar are trimmed with blue edging. The sleeves are double-stitched, with straight side cuffs, edged at the upper edge and ends. Edging along the edge of the left side, collar, leaflet and cuffs, color — according to the type of troops (in our case, blue, corresponding to the engineering troops). All buttons are uniform, brass. Size 46-48, average height. It was introduced by order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR No. 25 dated January 15, 1943. It is equipped with the everyday shoulder straps of the captain of the sapper units of the 1946 model. Guarantee of authenticity.
