The tunic of a junior lieutenant of the NKVD technical service of the 1943 model

The original jacket is in excellent collector's condition. Introduced by Order of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 126 dated February 18, 1943. The jacket for everyday wear is made of a khaki diagonal, fastened with five large buttons, supplied in the USSR under lend-lease. The floors of the tunic are straight with two upper welt pockets covered with three-piece flaps. Sleeves with straight cuffs, stiff stand-up collar. The jacket is edged at the top of the collar and cuffs with cornflower blue edging. It is equipped with the original shoulder straps of a junior lieutenant of the NKVD technical service of the 1943 model
