The original tunic is in good collector's condition. It is sewn from a semi-wool diagonal. The size is about 48. It was introduced by Order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR No. 25 dated January 15, 1943. On August 5, 1944, breast pockets were introduced on the tunics of female enlisted and non-commissioned officers.On September 16, 1944, sergeants and Red Army soldiers were also officially allowed to have breast pockets, but only if they received an officer's uniform that was not suitable for wearing after putting it in order.
