The original breeches are in excellent collector's condition. They are sewn from a dark blue wool diagonal. The size is average, for average height. Cornflower blue edging. It's rare. Guarantee of authenticity. Introduced by Order of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 126 dated February 18, 1943.
