The original. |
An original and rather infrequent helmet in very good collector's condition. This steel helmet had no fundamental differences from the SH-40, the shape of the helmet remained unchanged. The sub-armature device was changed, which now consisted of four springs attached to the dome with rivets. The fastener of the petals was moved to the upper part of the helmet, and part of the rivets also moved there. A chin strap was also attached to two rivets. According to the number of rivets, this model and the SH-40 that preceded it are often referred to as six-rivets in everyday life. It was further developed in the SH-68 model. The balaclava is missing in our case. The original silk cover was installed during the existence of the helmet, we did not remove it so as not to damage the fabric. Guarantee of authenticity. A rarity.
