The Transcaucasian Federation was formed in the spring of 1922, through the unification of the Georgian, Armenian and Azerbaijan SSR. By the end of the year, the TSFSR was one of four republics, a reunion which breathed life into the new state - Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. For 14 years the Transcaucasian SFSR had a single CEC. And in 1936, in the Stalinist Constitution, the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Georgian republics of the USSR as a Union. Signs of the CEC members had two choices in the execution:
In the upper left corner around the five-pointed star it is written "Z. S. F. S. R.". From the stars radial diverging rays. The main inscription on the badge "Zach.TS.And.To.". Spot reduction is characteristic of the earlier period. The pole sign with a pointed end.
a rectangular flag on a straight shaft without tip. The inscription on the badge "of the CEC of TSFSR". Pin more volume, and radial beams coming out from a point under the letter "I".
Could the signs differ and the hint of red enamel or the proportions of the box, as the production of badges, the CEC carried out in the different jewelry shops without a single stamp.
