The inscription "Ready for labor and defense of the USSR" is stamped on it. The banner is covered with bright red enamel. The central part of the sign is a gear (a round toothed base that symbolizes industrialization, labor, and factory production). In the center of the sign is a red star, against which a running athlete is depicted, looking forward. Below, a sign with the inscription "2nd art." indicates that this is the second stage of the complex (more complex, designed for adults with good physical fitness).
