The original badge is in good collector's condition. Steel, silver plating, stamping, enamel. The manufacturer is the Trud-Engraver artel. In the center of the sign, an athlete is depicted tearing the finishing tape with the inscription "Ready for work and defense." A diamond-shaped element (suspension) on top with the abbreviations "CEC of the USSR" and "VSFC" (All-Union Council of Physical Culture), connected to the main sign by two chains. The award number 421780 is stamped on the reverse.
