The belt, which has been quite rare lately, is in satisfactory condition. The ceremonial belt is woven from silver threads with an interweaving of red threads forming three symmetrically arranged red stripes. The belt fastener is covered with a flap made of a cross-sewn piece of the same material as the belt (the flap is lost). Traces of old repairs (a fragment from another belt is sewn on). The name of the owner (?) is printed on the lining. It was introduced by order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR No. 25 dated January 15, 1943.It was abolished by the decision of the Main Quartermaster Directorate of the Red Army No. 1412 in April 1945.
