The original staff is in excellent collector's condition. It was introduced by Order of the Minister of Defense of the USSR No. 190 dated July 26, 1969. Cloth, embroidery with silk thread. It was intended to be worn by chief petty officers and midshipmen. It was used until March 4, 1988. Guarantee of authenticity.
