Cloth, embroidery metallized thread, gilding. Good collectors condition. Belonged to a soldier of the border troops of the NKVD with the rank of Commissar of state security 1st rank (army commander 1st rank troops of the NKVD) to major of state security (the brigade commander of the NKVD troops). The diameter of the star on opposite rays 33-34 mm. Entered orders of people's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR № 331 (in use) of 22 October 1935 and No. 396 (by gugb) dated December 27, 1935. Cancelled by order of the people's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR № 278 dated July 15, 1937. It is extremely rare.
