GAZ M-1 (colloquially known as "Emka") is a Soviet passenger car that was mass—produced at the Gorky Automobile Plant from 1936 to 1942. It represents the second generation of GAZ passenger cars, and is the successor to the GAZ-A model. A total of 62,888 copies were produced.
