The original "secret" is in satisfactory collector's condition. A rare type of letterhead. Unfortunately, half of the letter is cut off. A cartoon called "Down the Odessa stairs" ridicules the flight of the German fascist troops from Odessa in April 1944. The drawing depicts a caricatured German officer who, in a panic, slides down the famous Potemkin stairs, throwing things and weapons. Authors: Kukryniksy artists (Mikhail Kupriyanov, Porfiry Krylov and Nikolai Sokolov). The card was issued by the publishing house of the Military Publishing House of the NGO (People's Commissariat of Defense) by order of the Military Book Trade.
