Participant in the construction of the Great Ferghana Canal in the Uzbek (Tajik) SSR. In December 1939, the Great Ferghana Canal was put into operation by the method of folk construction, which improved water supply on an area of over 500 thousand hectares. The Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Uzbek SSR in December 1939 established the badge "Participant in the construction of the Great Ferghana Canal named after Comrade. Stalin". The badge was awarded to collective farmers, engineering and technical workers, administrative and managerial personnel who participated in the construction of the canal; workers, employees and engineering and technical workers of enterprises; those who supplied the construction with equipment and construction materials; workers of art, education, healthcare, communications, trade, serving the construction of the canal.
