The sign "Honorary worker of secondary professional education of Russia"

Original sign in great collectable condition. Approved by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation from June, 3rd, 2010 N 580. According to the order, this title is given to employees of educational organizations irrespective of their organizational-legal forms and forms of ownership, implementing educational programs of secondary professional education having the state accreditation (further — educational institution) and employees of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation and employees of Executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, exercising administration in education, for:
