Quite a rare and interesting photo depicting two officers of the military medical service of the red army. The photo was probably taken in 1943, as evidenced by the presence of field medical shoulder straps on the senior Lieutenant's everyday tunic, which was a certain nonsense of that time, although it was practiced everywhere. Probably, the officer for some reason, often related to the difficulties of supplying troops with new insignia, did not have time to get everyday shoulder straps, as well as the captain standing on the left – a block for the order of the red banner of Battle, introduced to wear in 1942. Photo size 90*138 mm. The reverse side is clean.
