The cap of the rank and file of the Red Army cavalry of the 1935 model

The original cap is in attic condition. The cap is made of khaki cotton diagonal, the band is blue. Unfortunately, the crown was significantly burned out in the sun and suffered from moths. The lining of the cap is satin. The collar is made of dermantine. The front of the cap is straight, slightly convex, with a rigid stand, a metal frame is inserted inside. The visor of the cap is fiber, black, lacquered, elongated. Above the visor, a wide black chin strap is fastened to the yellow uniform brass buttons. Along the edge of the bottom and the top of the band, the cap has a black edging. A rare brass star is attached to the front. It was introduced by Order of the People's Commissar of Defense No. 176 of December 3, 1935.
