The original cap is in good collector's condition. Broadcloth, wool, cotton, leather, plastic. Fragmentary moth damage at the base of the crown is shown in the photo. Size 56. Silver cord-trunzal. Introduced by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RSFSR No. 365 dated 05/11/1965, the guarantee of authenticity.
