The original cap is in almost excellent condition. Cloth, plastic, dermantine. Size 56-57. Introduced by orders of the People 's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 396 (according to GUGB) and No. 399 (according to GUPVO) from December 27, 1935. It is practically not found on sale. Guarantee of authenticity.
