An extremely rare, if not even unique picture, in excellent condition. The photo shows a Soviet policeman with the badges "Voroshilov shooter", TRP and PVHO on the chest. It is interesting to combine the lapel badges with the coat of arms on 7 ribbons, introduced by Order of the NKVD of the USSR No. 208 dated 06/15/1936 and the cockade-coat of arms with ribbons on 11 republics. Considering that By order of the NKVD of the USSR No. 1 dated 02.01.1937, it was announced that the wearing of old–style buttonholes was discontinued from 02.02.1937, it is possible to accurately date the picture to June 1936 - February 1937. In addition to insignia, a blue cap, introduced by Order of GUM and UR, is very rare in the photo. The Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR No. 18 dated 04/22/1931. Size 80* 115 mm. Guarantee of authenticity. A rarity.
