The original picture is in excellent collector's condition. The photo shows Captain Alexander Prokopievich Klevtsov (1903-1977). Places of service:

In 1939-1941 — Department of Troop Movement in the Far Eastern railway (deputy head of the 2nd department)

In 1941-1943 — the Department Of Military Communications Of The Far Eastern Front. (deputy head of the department)

1943-1945 — Department of the Movement of Troops on the Amur railway (head of the 2nd department).
