Eduard Alexandrovich Romanovsky (1890 - ?) – he served in the 9th and 10th border guards of the OGPU until 1929 (?) of the year, the commandant. He is married to Anna Alekseevna Denisova, born in 1891, one of the witnesses in the case of the murder of S. Kirov. He lived in Leningrad.
