Pavel Yakovlevich Lisnyak (1908-1977) was a Soviet statesman and economic figure. Winner of the Stalin Prize. He was born in the village of Starye Kaidaki, Yekaterinoslav province. Education: Faculty of Labor at the Kiev Engineering Institute (1929-1931), Kiev Industrial Institute (1931-1936). He worked in his father's farm, then in 1926-1929 as an employee in various district organizations. Member of the CPSU(b) since 1930.
