An original and rather rare document from the period of the German occupation, issued to a Soviet citizen on January 15, 1942. The department that issued the certificate: Stab der Feldeisenbahn-Betriebs-Abteilung 14. The document confirms the status of a local worker in the occupied city of Unecha. Text: "It is hereby confirmed that the Russian worker (Rottenfuhrer) Kochan works in the railway department No. 6 (Bahnmeisterei 6) in Unecha as a Rottenfuhrer (designation of the position of foreman or senior working group from the local population). Since he is currently busy here with his cart, we ask you to give him a preferred ID so that he can get food ("greens") for his horse." The document is evidence of daily life and the organization of work in the occupied territories of the USSR, where local residents were involved in the restoration of infrastructure (in this case, the railway). Guarantee of authenticity.
