The emblem "Excellent driver" mod. 1943 on the glass of the car

An extremely rare sign on the glass of a car, established by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated 07/08/1943 on the approval of the badges "Excellent driver" and "Excellent road worker". Paragraph 5 of the decree read: "Drivers awarded with the badge "Excellent driver" are also awarded the emblem "Excellent driver" for installation in the car cabin on the glass, at the top with the grass side." As the decree was executed, the inscription changed to "Excellent driver." The drawing itself is made in the characteristic style of Soviet graphics of the 1920s — 1930s. In the center of the composition is a red five—pointed star with a hammer and sickle, the main symbols of the USSR. The star is surrounded by golden wings and red ribbons, on which the main inscription is placed. The lower part shows car wheels and a steering wheel, which indicates that the sign belongs professionally to the transport sector. The Size is 138*170 mm. Guarantee of authenticity. Extremely rare.
