Description

The original attestation sheet for the assignment of the next military rank to the deputy commander of the 16th tank brigade for the political unit, regimental Commissar A.L. Kuznetsov, dated October 23, 1942. Size 29*20.5cm. A slight loss on the left side, traces of a hole punch, owner's marks. On the reverse side are the handwritten signatures of L.Z. Mehlis, K.A. Meretskov, F.N. Starikov and others. Mehlis's signatures are extremely rare, a guarantee of authenticity.
