The original award document is in good collector's condition. Issued to E.A. Romanovsky, an employee of the 10th border detachment of the OGPU, for fulfilling the standard for firing a revolver. The size is 230*350 mm. Papering on the back. Guarantee of authenticity.
Eduard Alexandrovich Romanovsky (1890 - ?) – he served in the 9th and 10th border guards of the OGPU until 1929 (?) of the year, the commandant. Next, the head of the 8th department of the Police Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is married to Anna Alekseevna Denisova, born in 1891, one of the witnesses in the case of the murder of S. Kirov. He lived in Leningrad. In 1941, he volunteered for the front, but was almost immediately discharged for health reasons.
