An original and extremely rare newspaper in good condition. A3 format, 2 strips. The upper-left corner contains the article "Zur siebzehnten Parteikonferenz" ("To the seventeenth Party Conference", German). The central heading reads: "Der Kampf um's Getreide fortsetzen" ("To continue the struggle for grain", German). The text discusses the issues of sowing and harvesting, and also mentions the "Stalin's instructions" ("Stalin'schen Anweisungen") in the context of the work of factory committees. The newspaper contains reports on the implementation of plans (for example, "Jedes Dorf muß seinen Plan erfüllen" — "Each village must fulfill its plan"). Guarantee of authenticity. It's rare.
It was the central socio-political publication in German, published in the ASSR of Volga Germans (Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of Volga Germans). At the time of 1929, the editorial office was located in the city. Pokrovsk (now Engels). The newspaper was printed in a Gothic font (fracture), which was used in the publication until the mid-1930s. This particular issue is timed to coincide with the celebration of May 1st. The main headline welcomes delegates to the 7th Congress of Soviets of the ASSR NP, and the articles on the front page are devoted to socialist construction, calls for strikes in Germany and May Day events abroad (in particular, in Berlin). The publication ceased to exist in August 1941 due to the liquidation of the republic and the deportation of the German population of the Volga region. It's rare. Guarantee of authenticity.
