History

Vitaliy Yakovlevich Kuznetsov (16 February 1941, Novoye mazino, Menzelinsky district, Tatar ASSR, Soviet Union — October 12, 2011, Moscow, Russia) honored master of sports of USSR in judo and Sambo, master of sports of the USSR according to the manumission and Greco-Roman wrestling. Silver medalist, multiple winner and medalist of world and European Championships in judo and Sambo.Born in the village of Novoye mazino, in Tatarstan. The first significant achievements to Vitaly Kuznetsov came in 1969, when he took third place in the championship of the USSR on Sambo and became the bronze medalist of the championship of Europe on judo, both in personal and team championship.
