An extremely rare version of scissors for cutting barbed wire and wire, proposed to the Military Department in 1914 by Captain Krapivin. Scissors were offered in 2 variants - bayonet and gun. The second type, unlike bayonets, was produced in small batches and is practically not found on the antique market today.
