Field Reserve Hospital No. 45 is a military medical institution of the Russian Imperial Army (RIA), formed during the First World War (1914-1918). Unlike mobile hospitals, which moved directly behind the troops, reserve field hospitals were deployed in the rear and front-line areas. They received, sorted and treated wounded and sick soldiers, as well as prepared them for further evacuation inland.
