Sergey Ivanovich Speransky — Lieutenant General, Head of the Imperial Peterhof Palaces and Parks and Peterhof, Head of the St. Petersburg Palace Administration. He was the president of the Imperial Russian Horticultural Society and led it in 1894-1914.
