The used as the basis for registration of Italian postcards, depicts troops of the Russian 2nd or 4th Special infantry brigades, in 1916-1917 were on the Salonika front. Unfortunately, the original photo was quite heavily retouched. However, standing in the center of an officer of visible light edging on the cuffs of the marching uniform, has Special infantry regiments, and aiguillette, saying that the officer serves in the position of the battalion or regimental adjutant. In the right part of a photo officer in the stowed form of the sample in 1913, in the left – sister of mercy (or the employee from among the support staff of the nursing community, as the apron is not visible sign of the red cross). It is not clear the origin of the Caucasian officer in uniform; presumably, this is seconded from a member of the Caucasian Cossack units. Quite a rare story. The guarantee of authenticity.
