The poster calls on citizens to buy a military loan to finance military operations. The poster depicts a horse artillery team in motion, which symbolizes the support of the front and the acceleration of victory. The slogan: "Buy military 5½% loan. Everything is for the war. Everything is for victory." The artist is M. Olkone. Military loans were issued by the government of the Russian Empire to mobilize funds from the population and enterprises for military needs. This was a common practice among all the warring powers of the time.
