Medal "For his efforts in the excellent implementation of the general mobilization of 1914"

A rare original state award of the Russian Empire, which became the last established medal in the history of tsarist Russia. The item is in good, honest collector's condition, without restorations, interventions and traces of rough cleaning. The medal is made of light bronze by precise artistic stamping. The metal surface is covered with a noble natural patina, favorably emphasizing the high relief of the coinage.

The composition of the obverse is concise and expressive: in the center there is a chest image of Emperor Nicholas II in profile, facing to the left. The portrait is made without traditional inscriptions and imperial regalia, which emphasizes the special, purely business status of the award. A neat thin edging runs along the edge of the circle. In the upper part of the medal there is an all-stamped rounded eyelet for attachment to a shoe or ribbon.

On the reverse side (reverse) of the medal, there is a clear relief inscription horizontally in five lines: "FOR THE EFFORTS / FOR THE EXCELLENT / FULFILLMENT OF THE GENERAL / MOBILIZATION / OF 1914." The inscription is made in a strict pre-revolutionary font. The metal of the reverse side has retained an even matte shade and minimal traces of use, confirming the authenticity of the object.

It is a historically significant monument of the First World War era, representing high cultural and numismatic value. An excellent example to add to the collection of Russian imperial faleristics and military awards of the early 20th century.
