The original medal is in satisfactory condition. St. Petersburg Mint. Obverse: In the center, in an oval of laurel leaves, crowned with a large imperial crown, facing to the right, a chest image of Emperor Alexander III. An oval frames the inscription: "The Emperor Alexander III." At the bottom in the center there is an inscription: "L.Steinman." Reverse: on the left, an allegorical image of Russia in the form of a seated woman in Russian attire with a crown on her head. The left hand points to an open book and a psaltery, in front of which lies a hammer. The right hand rests on a globe, behind which a part of the gear wheel is visible, in front of it an anchor and a sheaf of ears lying and a rod entwined with a snake and crowned with an eagle. At the bottom in the center is the inscription: "S.Vazhenin". At the top in the center there is an inscription: "In memory of the All-Russian Exhibition in Moscow in 1882" Medallists: art. — L.H. Steinman (at the bottom of the field: L. R. STEINMAN), ob. art. — S.Z. Vazhenin (at the bottom of the field: S. VAZHENIN). Bronze. Weight 43.74 g. Diameter 46 mm. Guarantee of authenticity.
