Silver stamping. The diameter of 28 mm. On the front side of the medal poleznoe, turned to the right profile image of Alexander III. To the right in an arc along the edge the inscription, "IMP. ALEXANDER III" on the left — a Laurel branch. On the flip side of the great Imperial crown is indicated in two lines, the years of the reign of Alexander III: "1881 1894".
