Zemshchyna was a Russian extreme right-wing monarchist daily newspaper published in St. Petersburg from June 1909 to February 1917. The first publisher of the newspaper was a member of the III State Duma, C. A. Volodimerov; the editor was the publicist S. K. Glinka-Yanchevsky (excluding a brief period in 1912).
In addition to Glinka himself, the newspaper published materials from a number of right-wing publicists and politicians, such as Butmi de Katsman, N. P. Tikhmenev, N. A. Engelhardt, L. T. Zlotnikov, G. G. Zamyslovsky and others.
During the February Revolution, the newspaper was banned by the decree of the Executive Committee of the Petrograd Soviet of March 5, 1917, along with other central bodies of right-wing parties.
